The prices you see on the website are including the 20 % Austrian VAT. But if you live outside the European Union you do not have to pay the 20 % Austrian VAT. That means we will reduce our prices for you by 20 %.

Example: If a product on our website has the price of EUR 100,00 and you live outside the European Union, you will pay only EUR 83,33.

You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order on your own cost.
